How can I cancel the product?

You do not have to cancel your product. Your server will be automatically locked after the end of the term and deleted after 2 days.

Our Game-Servers are located in datacenters at Frankfurt

Is there a traffic limit?

No, our Game-Servers don't have any traffic limit. For more information visit our Terms of Service.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

Our support team is always there for you and we can work out a custom plan for you. Just open a ticket and ask us about it.

How quickly is my server ready for use?

Your server will normally be made available within 60 seconds after receipt of payment. You will receive an email with all important information as soon as your server is ready for use.

Can I upgrade my server?

Yes, you can upgrade your server at any time. You can always change to a higher/lower package or ask our team for a custom package.

Which DDoS protection solution is used?

Our Game-Servers are protected by Premium DDoS protection solutions like AS203446 and Path.Net. This way the safety of your servers is ensured.

What are the ressource usage restrictions?

The Idle CPU usage should be around 10-100% (of 1 core) If the CPU usage is very high for long terms we might suspend services without any warning. Please visit the Terms of Service for more information
