Fair-Use Traffic Policy
Our services include a Fair-Use Traffic policy based on the pricing plan. For every €2 spent (excl. VAT), you are allocated 1TB of traffic. If this soft limit is exceeded, we reserve the right to suspend the service. However, this is a rare occurrence and typically only applied as a safeguard to prevent excessive abuse of resources and activities such as DDoSing.
CPU Usage
You are permitted to utilize over 80% of the CPU for up to 6 hours continuously. If such usage persists beyond this duration or occurs repeatedly, we reserve the right to suspend the server. While we usually contact the customer before taking such actions, we are not obligated to do so prior to suspension.
Disk IO Usage
High Disk IO usage is allowed during spikes or legitimate operations. However, it is prohibited to intentionally maintain high Disk IO usage over extended periods. Additionally, causing high Disk IO through swap file usage is strictly forbidden.
General Resource Abuse
It is strictly prohibited to engage in any activities that negatively impact the performance of other customers' servers.
