How can I cancel the product?

You do not have to cancel your product. Your server will be automatically locked after the end of the term and deleted after 3 days.

Where is my server located?

Our Game-Servers are located in datacenters at Frankfurt (Germany)

Is there a traffic limit?

No, our Game-Servers have Fair-Use Traffic. For more information visit our Terms of Service.

How fast is my server ready to use?

Your server will normally be made available within 60 seconds after the creation. You will receive an email with all important information as soon as your server is ready for use.

Can I upgrade my server?

Yes, you can upgrade your server at any time. You can always change to a higher/lower package or ask our team for a custom package.

Which DDoS protection solution is used?

With OVH VAC and AS203446 DDoS protection solutions, you are perfectly protected against malicious DDoS attacks and don't have to worry about downtime.

What is the difference between Budget, Standard and Premium?

Our budget servers are great for proxies, lobby servers and small servers to play with a few friends. Our Standard servers have 4x as much power and are therefore better suited for larger servers. The Premium servers have 6x as much power and are great if you plan to have multiple players on your Minecraft server.
