How can I cancel the product?

You do not have to cancel your product. Your server will be automatically locked after the end of the term and deleted after 5 days.

Where are the servers located?

Your Storage-VPS is located in the EGC FRA-01 datacentre at Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

What if exceed my traffic limit?

When the traffic limit of your server is reached, the speed of your server will be limited to 1 Mbit/s. You can view your traffic limit at any time via the user interface.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

Our support team is always there for you and we can work out a custom plan for you. Just open a ticket and ask us about it.

How quickly is my server ready for use?

Your server will normally be made available within 60 seconds after receipt of payment. You will receive an email with all important information as soon as your server is ready for use.

Can I upgrade my server?

Yes, you can upgrade your server at any time. You can add additional cores, RAM, hard disk space and IPv4 addresses or change to a higher package.

Which DDoS protection solution is used?

This server uses a DDoS protection solution from Combahton or AS203446 (you can decide it yourself). This solution provides a comprehensive protection against DDoS attacks to ensure that your server is always safe and secure.

What is a VPS Server?

With our VPS servers (also known as KVM, Root or V-Servers), you enjoy full root access and control. Your VPS server operates on one of our host systems, virtualized using Kernel-Based Virtualization.
